Fascia Workshop
Discover ways to release your tight hips, shoulders, pelvis and even your feet with the amazing power of fascia and muscle release techniques. Foam Rolling and trigger point release have been proven to reduce pain, release knots/trigger points, improve movement and flexibility, improve muscle function and circulation, and reduce overall exercise-related soreness.
This workshop is for you if:
· You train hard and are sore afterwards
· Consistently stretch and do Yoga but don’t find certain areas getting better
· Have a sore neck or back
· Have chronic muscle pain
· Have overall body tension and want to relax
· Want to learn how to do releases yourself!
You will learn simple techniques you can do at home or even before your yoga class to improve your practice, open up your body, and feel better.

Time: 2pm-3:30pm
