Movement you can do for life

Movement for life was born out of a passion to create effective, attainable exercise that is ALSO sustainable—so we can keep it up for life. “No pain no gain” is NOT the way to get healthy and make movement a lasting part of your life.

Our movement for life program blends Pilates + Yoga + Strength Training + Mindfulness.

 

Our Program focuses on:

  • Alignment

    Proper alignment and posture make our movements more effective. Learn easy methods and effective cues to find the correct positioning and never be left wondering, am I doing this right?

  • Awareness

    Thinking about what you are doing makes ALL the difference. Mindfully working out is proven to enhance muscle contraction and therefore yields better results in the same amount of time.

  • Connection

    Connecting to your breathing & your body gives you a deeper connection to yourself. Connecting to your core (Physically) will help you connect to the core of who you are (Emotionally).

  • Joy

    Let’s have fun! If you love your workout, it won’t feel like work. Movement clears energy, changes thoughts, and makes space for creativity. Open up to possibilities and feel the joy in your life!
