Sometimes you just need someone else to motivate and believe in you! It’s not easy starting a program so we offer one on one assistance. Private training helps you learn things properly the first time and deepens your results.

    One on one movement sessions done in the comfort of your own home, with careful watching and correcting your movement patterns. Personalized goals and exercises designed especially for you. Hopefully some belly laughs too!

    Are you in or near Kamloops, BC? Let me come to you and coach you in person (within city limits) OR in studio. Learn the proper techniques the first time with attentive instructing. Limited availability due to Covid, please book well in advance.

    In Studio: Single session $120. 5 Sessions $575. 10 Sessions $1100.

    In YOUR home: Single Session $150. 5 Sessions $725. 10 Sessions: $1400
