If you enjoy what you’re doing, it won’t feel like work.
Welcome! I’m Cassie Marchuk
Master Pilates Instructor and Yoga teacher
I have opened two studios across the country teaching group and private classes for almost 20 years, and what I found was that people who were most successful with their classes were the ones that liked (or even loved!) their workout.
So I created a workout that is enjoyable AND maximizes results. With controlled movements, mindful alignment, and deep awareness we can “work smarter not harder” and do less but achieve more!
My program is sustainable to do at many levels of abilities and many ages. I am a 43 year old new mama and if I can do it, I know you can too!
My approach is simple, enjoyable, and most of all- effective.
Blending 20 years of Pilates, Yoga, and movement trainings together.
I have been a student of movement for 30 years, 20 of that teaching. I started my journey in movement because I was suffering with a debilitating back injury. Nothing I tried worked and I didn’t know where to look for support and felt alone. The medical community didn’t offer any solutions other than pain medication.
That is where my journey of teaching began. I had to find ways to make myself stronger and modify classes because I couldn’t do the regular exercises. Slowly, I gained strength and moved my way out of pain. That is why I am SO passionate about what I do. It literally saved my life.
I have trained in many modalities from Pilates, Yoga, Fascia Release, Post-Physio Pilates, Fitness, Barre to Meditation. Continuing Education is incredibly important to me not only for my programs and students but for my own growth. If you are continually learning you will always be curious about life. xo

Becoming a mom at 42
I gave birth to my daughter when I was 42 years old, having been told I was having a “geriatric pregnancy” and referred to a specialist to deal with all of the problems I was supposed to have.
I had a very healthy pregnancy, in fact, healthier than many women I knew at the time who were 10 + years younger than me, who were having severe hip and back pain as well as complications like gestational diabetes.
My labour was healthy as well and I even pushed her out in a set of 5 pushes! I felt like I just knew exactly what muscles to use and I remember telling the nurse get the doctor, as I can push her out NOW and she said no it will be a while… After three sets of pushes she ran to grab the doctor! In 5 she was out. The power of Pilates!! xo
See what we can offer you!
