I’m Cassie Marchuk

After years of a debilitating back injury, where nothing worked to fix it, my doctor’s best advice ended up being daily pain medication. I knew there had to be a better way to move out of pain. And that is literally what I found- movement. Not only movement, but the unique method of Pilates and Mindful Awareness.

That is why I am so passionate about everything I teach, because after the first time I tried Pilates, I felt better and knew I had found something special. The energy had shifted in my pain and I just felt different. As Joseph Pilates says “Change happens through movement, and movement heals.

Being healthy, fit and strong helped me give birth to my beautiful baby girl at the age of 42!
